Why this page exists

High need, low noise

Grief counsellor is one of the strongest counselling searches in Australia, and a natural fit for a calm, faith-optional practice.

Online, not only local

You can be anywhere in Australia. The practice is based inland of Bega, NSW 2550.

Faith only if you want it

Christian grief support is available. It is never required. You stay in charge of the language.

Grief counselling for women

Grief can follow a death, a relationship ending, illness, or a life that quietly emptied out. Choice offers a safe, non-judgmental space to tell the truth about what was lost, and what still hurts.

Sessions are online, trauma-informed, and client-led. If you want prayer or Christian framing, say so. If you do not, the work stays practical and human.

What the work can hold

Shock, numbness, anger, guilt, and the strange days when life continues around you. We go at your pace. The aim is not to tidy grief away. It is to help you carry it with more room to breathe, and with tools you can use between sessions.

What you can take with you

Outcomes women often name when they look for this kind of help.

A place to speak without being rushed

Language for faith, doubt, or both

Practical ways through heavy days

A sense that life can widen again

Questions people ask

1. Do I have to be a Christian?

No. Choice is Christian-informed. Spirit-led input happens only when you ask for it. Women of faith, mixed faith, or none are welcome.

2. Is this pastoral care or counselling?

This is counselling. It can include faith. It is not a replacement for church pastoral care, and it is not a sermon.

3. Can we talk about God and still talk about anger?

Yes. Grief is allowed to be messy. Faith does not have to make it tidy.

4. I live far from Bega. Does that matter?

No. Sessions are online across Australia. Bega NSW 2550 is the practice base, not a travel requirement.

5. What does the first conversation cost?

The introduction is free for 30 minutes. Ongoing session fees are on the pricing page.

6. Is this only for women?

The practice is offered for women. If you are unsure whether that includes you, ask in the introduction. You will be answered plainly.
